Kathy states, "This is the first painting I did after moving to Winona, MN. It is a city of great beauty, but I did notice that the maple trees were not as plentiful as up North, and so I chose Sumac as an alternative subject. I love the wildness of the 'flurry' and it definitely reminds me of Fall!"
